Recent research (2012) has shown that Trimmer Manger is buried at SOUTHAMPTON OLD CEMETERY, Section 279,C.176. The casualty has previously been commemorated on the Tower Hill Memorial and will be removed as and when the panel is replaced. (September 2014)

Son of Peter Le Petuil Mauger and the late Marie Mauger. Husband of Fanny Margaret Mauger (nee Feeney), of 8, Derby Rd., Southampton.

Torpedoed whilst on convoy duties ferrying wounded and drowned. Lived at 8 Derby Road, Southampton. Born at St Martin's, Guernsey.

Killed, aged 29 years.
