Born at Devonport. Son of Mrs. Ada Mary Frampton of
Devon Cottage, Millbrook, Jersey.
Killed in action, aged 25 years.

Roll of Honour. We regret to announce
the death which has taken place in action of Sergeant
F D Barnes of the Rifle Brigade. The gallant Sergeant,
who made the supreme sacrifice on 24 November, was in
his 25th year and was the son of Mrs Frampton of Devon
Cottage, Millbrook, to whom with the other relatives
we tender our sincere sympathy.
