More Gallant Jerseymen. We are pleased
to add that in addition to the members of the Jersey
Company Royal Irish Rifles whose names have already
been mentioned as receiving a Parchment signed by the
Divisional Commander for bravery, Rifleman J Blanchet
has received the coveted distinction. He is the nephew
of Mr Plevin of Les Vaux, St Lawrence.
