Son of William and Emily Jackson, of Putney Bridge
Rd., Wandsworth, London. The husband of Elise Dawn Jackson, he met and married
her whilst stationed in the Island with his regiment. Prior to the war he was
discharged and they emigrated to Canada where he worked for the government telegraphy
service.
