Jerseyman in Hospital. Mrs Richomme of Manor Farm, Samares has received official news that her son, Private A G Richomme of the Dorset Regiment, is in hospital in Rouen suffering from fever.

Roll of Honour. Mrs Richomme of Manor Farm has received a letter from Lieutenant H C Griffin attached to the Dorset Regiment conveying the tragic news that her son, Private Alfred George Richomme, has been killed in action. The officer states that he saw the soldier buried in France with other fallen comrades. The deceased was 34 and joined up in 1917. We tender the bereaved mother and other members of the family our sincere sympathy.

Originally buried at Ste. Héléne, Pontruet, he was re-interred at Cerisy-Gailly Military Cemetery.
