Died in France. We regret to learn that
Mrs Stevens of Gorey has today received the sad news
that her son Neville of the Royal Field Artillery has
died in France of heart failure. We tender the family
our sincere sympathy.

Roll of Honour. As we stated briefly in
yesterday's issue Mrs Stevens of Gorey Pier has received
the distressing news that her son, Gunner Neville Stevens,
has died of heart failure whilst in a section of the
Western Front. The late Gunner who was well known and
highly respected locally joined the Royal Horse Artillery
in July 1914 and had been on active service for about
3 years, he was aged 20. We tender the relatives our
sincere sympathy.
