Another Jerseyman Wounded. Information
has been received in the Island that a Jerseyman, Trumpeter
Tank of the 6th Dragoon Guards, has been slightly wounded
in action. It is understood that the injury is a lance
wound in the face.

A Jersey Cavalryman Wounded. The parents
of Trumpeter C H Tank of 6th Dragoon Guards yesterday
received notification that he had been severely wounded
in action and was now in hospital in Nantes. Mr Tank,
who had served 8 years as a trumpeter and bandsman in
the crack Cavalry Corps is the eldest son of Mr &
Mrs C H Tank of 13 Commercial Buildings. It will be
remembered that we stated a few weeks ago that this
young cavalryman had been wounded in action.
