NEWS ITEM in Jersey Evening Post of Tuesday 8 October 1918

Roll of Honour. Mrs White of Union Street has received official news of the death in action in Palestine on 19 September last of her husband, Private F A White of the Dorset Regiment. The deceased, who was 31, was formerly employed by Mr J Renouf of Burrard Street and leaves his widow in charge of three children. We tender to the relatives our sincere sympathy.
