Bertie De La Mare was originally buried at Seranvillers Communal Cemetery by the German Army and moved to Point du Jour by the Imperial War Graves Commission in the early 1920s

Son of Nicholas and Eliza de la Mare, of Rocquaine Place, St. Peter-in-the-Wood, Guernsey. Born and enlisted at Guernsey.

Killed in action, aged 21 years.
