Roll of Honour. We regret to announce the death which has taken place in action of Rifleman Sidney John Olivry of the Jersey Company 7th Battalion Royal Irish Rifles. This loyal soldier was the youngest son of Mr & Mrs John Olivry of Les Houguettes, St John and formerly served in the 2nd (East) Battalion RMIJ. He was in his 22nd year and was an efficient and promising soldier, very popular amongst his comrades and highly respected by his officers. We offer the parents and other members of the family our sincere sympathy in their bereavement.
